Terms of Service

Effective

These Terms govern your use of the (the "Service"), operated by ("we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate written prompts on dental practice business topics, based on our proprietary prompt library and any details you provide, for you to use with third-party AI tools of your choosing under those tools' own terms. Generated prompts are produced automatically, vary each time, and may contain errors. Our underlying library is not provided to you.

2. Your account and access code

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

4. License to the prompts

You may use, copy and adapt the prompts generated for you for your own business's internal use, including the dental practices you own or manage, and keep using them after your subscription ends. You may keep and use outputs that AI tools produce from them.

You may not: resell, sublicense, or publish generated prompts in bulk; share your access code; use automated tools to generate or collect prompts; attempt to extract our underlying library or instructions; or use the Service to create a competing product.

5. Ownership

The Service, our underlying prompt library, its instructions and its organization are owned by and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. No professional advice

Generated prompts and any output from AI tools are for general business information only and are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory, clinical, or other professional advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Review all output and consult qualified professionals before acting, especially on HIPAA, OSHA, state dental board, billing and coding, and employment matters. Nothing in the Service replaces your professional clinical judgment.

7. Your responsibilities

The Service is not designed to receive Protected Health Information (PHI), and we do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Don't enter PHI (such as patient names, dates of birth, chart or insurance numbers, or identifiable images) into the Service. Don't enter PHI into other AI tools either unless your practice has a signed Business Associate Agreement with that tool's provider and your HIPAA policies allow it. Also avoid confidential details such as employee names, individual salaries, or account numbers. You're responsible for complying with the terms of the AI tools you use and with laws that apply to your business.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, including code sharing or bulk copying. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business result.

10. Limitation of liability

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
